In 2025, we had nearly 60 consultants in our Green Team at the same time. Our goal is to have 80 wonderful and driven green space caretakers during the peak season of 2026.

About the Position

We collaborate with several companies in operations & maintenance in western Skåne, and it may also extend to Halmstad. As an employee, you will help ensure that outdoor environments in villages, cities, residential areas, schools, nursing homes, and other properties are beautiful and pleasant for residents and visitors. You will start from the client's establishment each day and be part of the team/group working together to achieve the best results. Even though you are employed as a consultant, you will work for the same company throughout the season.

Employment

• Full-time, 6 months with a great chance of extension (hired by Montico to the client)
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 16:00
• Salary: According to collective agreement
• Start: March - April 2026

Requirements to Proceed in the Recruitment Process:

• Driver's license B manual transmission
• Ability to communicate and read in Swedish
• Good physical condition

Experience and education in gardening are highly meritorious.

Job Description

You will work with standard tasks related to the maintenance of outdoor environments on streets, in parks, and at various properties. This includes caring for plantings, trimming grass and hard surfaces, as well as hedge trimming and leaf blowing. Pruning and planting may occur. Cleaning is often included in the tasks.
