Site Manager – Operations and Maintenance, Heby Operations Area

Your Role:

As a Site Manager, you support the Site Manager and are responsible for planning, leading, and distributing work in daily production. You work both operationally and administratively and are responsible for quality assurance, work environment, customer contacts, financial follow-up, planning of personnel and machinery, invoicing, and participation in budget and forecasting work.

You maintain ongoing contact with customers and clients, prepare quotes and make proposals, which means you thrive in a role with a business focus and relationship-building dialogues. The role involves a lot of freedom with responsibility, where you have the opportunity to influence both work methods and results.

About the Business:

You will be part of our team in Heby that works with operations, maintenance, and smaller construction projects, with both in-house staff and hired resources/subcontractors.

Examples of work performed by the group include:

• Winter road maintenance
• Sand removal
• Road inspections and traffic damage
• Paving work
• Green area maintenance
• Drainage work (drains and culverts)
• Sign and guardrail work
• Maintenance of rest areas

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with education in a relevant field and/or several years of experience as a site manager in construction, operations, and maintenance. You have experience in operations and maintenance work as well as winter road maintenance, which is a requirement for the position.

You have high social competence, work in a structured manner, and inspire confidence in meetings with both employees and customers. Your leadership is clear, present, and engaging.

Good computer skills and administrative ability are required as all follow-up and documentation are done digitally, including via GPS-based systems.
