Responsibilities
In your role as a spare parts employee, you will be part of a wonderful team. You will take on an important role in the company and be responsible for the spare parts inventory, order reception, ordering, and spare parts supply to the workshop's technicians and customers.

Your main tasks will include selling spare parts by assisting and serving customers' requests for spare parts via phone and email, as well as supporting the technicians at our own workshop. Picking orders and keeping the inventory organized. You will guide customers in technical questions regarding spare parts. Additionally, the work will also involve inventory, unpacking and labeling of warranty parts, booking of transports, etc.

About the role

As a spare parts employee, you will become a central part of the operation and an important link between the workshop, technicians, and customers. You are responsible for the spare parts inventory and ensure that the right parts are in the right place at the right time.

Your tasks include, among other things:

  • Order reception and ordering of spare parts
  • Sales and advice to customers via phone and email
  • Support to the workshop's technicians in spare parts issues
  • Inventory management, picking, inventory, and organization in the warehouse
  • Unpacking, labeling of warranty parts, and booking of transports

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in the automotive industry - preferably from spare parts management or a similar role in a workshop or dealership.
You have an eye for structure, enjoy keeping things organized, and like when there is a lot happening around you.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in spare parts management within the automotive industry
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with various systems
  • A strong sense of service and the ability to communicate clearly
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Driver's license B (required)
