We are experts in spray painting of wood and metal details, offering comprehensive solutions for cabinet doors, fronts, doors, and furniture. Additionally, we sell new cabinet doors and complete kitchen modules to both private individuals and businesses. As a Sander/Painter at Tullinge Lack, you will be part of an engaged team of four people under the leadership of our team leader, who is responsible for planning and order in the workshop. The work takes place on-site in our workshop in Tullinge, where you handle many different work orders every day – both new ones and follow-ups from the previous day.

You will work with the preparation of materials for painting, sanding, filling, and minor repairs of cabinet doors and fronts. The role also includes filling in work orders, checking that all materials are correct, and ensuring that the surface is ready for painting. For the right person with experience, there is an opportunity to assist with the actual painting if needed.

The work requires precision, a sense of responsibility, and an artistic eye for details.

As a Sander/Painter, you will among other things:

• Review and follow work orders – check quantities and materials
• Sand and fill cabinet doors and plug holes as needed
• Repair minor damages on wooden surfaces
• Check surface finish before painting begins
• Fill in the work order with details about the number of filled holes and surface layers
• Ensure that the correct price level and treatment are specified (e.g., factory-painted, hand-painted, or raw wood)
• Assist with painting if needed, including mixing paint.
• Place items in drying and warm rooms after painting and ensure cleanliness in the painting room
• Work safely with protective equipment, masks, and protective clothing

You are meticulous, responsible, and have the ability to see what needs to be done. The work can be monotonous and physical, so you should enjoy practical tasks and have good physical condition. You are handy, have a sense for surfaces and finishes, and take pride in delivering well-executed work.

Preferred if you have:

• Experience in kitchen painting or renovation involving sanding and filling
• Experience in paint mixing and painting work

Working hours: Monday–Thursday 06:30–15:30 (30 min lunch), Friday 06:30–12:45 (15 min break)

Location: Workshop in Tullinge and on-site with customers

Employment type: Permanent, full-time with a 6-month probationary period
