We are looking for an engaged team leader who drives daily operations and fosters quality, efficiency, and teamwork.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a team leader, you are responsible for the department's results regarding both volume and productivity. You plan and allocate work to ensure that production and loading plans are followed, while actively working to optimize staffing according to current needs. You promote a safe working environment according to applicable guidelines and lead the department's staff through present leadership and continuous follow-up.

The role includes the following tasks:

  • Plan and manage daily operations and report results for production and picking

  • Ensure a safe working environment in accordance with personnel safety and regulations

  • Be responsible for maintenance and appropriate handling of machines and equipment

  • Conduct personnel administrative tasks such as employee interviews and granting leave

  • Drive continuous improvement work regarding processes, productivity, and well-being

  • Communicate with other departments to ensure optimal flow and manage quality deviations

  • Represent the department during the launch of new products and projects.

The position entails a clear mandate to lead your department and implement improvements that increase efficiency. You report to the production manager or logistics manager and work closely with other team leaders to create a unified working method in the organization. The position includes the authority to hire staff in consultation with the manager and to manage the purchase of supplies and materials within given approval frameworks. The business is characterized by a high pace where collaboration between departments is crucial for success. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in the role of team leader, you are a stable leader with the ability to create structure and engagement. You are proactive in your approach and make decisions that benefit the organization's results and the well-being of employees. As a person, you are communicative and find it easy to collaborate with different functions within the company to achieve common goals.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Completed secondary education

  • Preferred higher education in mechanical engineering, industrial economics, or logistics

  • Alternatively, 3–5 years of experience in personnel management

  • Good leadership skills, either through education or practical experience

  • Basic knowledge of the Office suite and preferably experience with the M3 business system

  • Ability to prioritize and adapt work based on changing production needs.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position of Team Leader is a full-time consulting assignment initially for 6 months. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant for our client. After 6 months, our client intends to offer you a permanent position.
