We are now looking for you who want to work extra for our clients in Ljungby and who appreciate a varied job where you can contribute both in production and in the warehouse. Here you have the opportunity to combine your main occupation with a part-time job where you become an important part of our clients' daily operations.

As a consultant, you will work as needed for our clients and support them in their daily production and logistics flows. The role is varied and can include everything from packing, picking, and loading to working at machines or in various production moments. You will work physically, while representing OnePartnerGroup and building long-term relationships with our clients.

The shifts are mainly scheduled during the day on weekdays, but evenings and weekends may occur depending on needs.

• Work in production, for example at machines or in assembly moments.
• Warehouse work such as picking, packing, loading, and unloading.
• Handling materials and performing simple quality checks.
• Supporting regular staff during peak times, absences, or increased customer needs.
• Contributing to good order and a safe working environment at the workplace.
• Being a positive and service-oriented representative for OnePartnerGroup at our client companies.

This role is suitable for you who want a flexible part-time job, enjoy practical tasks, and appreciate a day-to-day life with varying work environments.

We are looking for you who are a retiree or have another main occupation such as studies, another job, or your own business and who want to work extra as needed. You are at least 18 years old and have the ability to step in at short notice.

• Flexible with working hours and comfortable handling varying tasks.
• Collaborative, with a pleasant demeanor towards both customers and colleagues.
• Responsible and keen to deliver good quality in all work tasks.
• We would like you to be flexible and able to work 4-5 shifts a week.

• Clean criminal record

It is an advantage if you have experience from industry, warehousing, or other practical work, but it is not a requirement.
