Technician Wanted for Our Workshop

We are looking for a driven and curious technician for our workshop. We want you to be technically experienced, communicative, and of course proud of your profession. You speak, read, and write fluently in Swedish.

As a technician with us, you will carefully perform the customer’s ordered work, follow the manufacturer’s instructions, document the results on the work order, and understand the importance of putting the customer first. The position involves service, repairs, and troubleshooting on passenger cars and light trucks of most brands. Mekonomen provides current training in all work areas that we see you benefit from to achieve favorable development in your role.

Requirements for the Role

• A burning interest in technology and automotive mechanics
• Experience working as a vehicle technician
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• A good demeanor and customer service skills

You are flexible and structured in your work while being responsible and seeing challenges as a natural step in your career. You easily absorb new instructions, and we consider it a given that you have a strong interest in cars and a sense of service.

A minimum B driving license is required.

The position is full-time. We apply a six-month probationary period followed by a permanent position and individual salary setting. Selection and interviews are ongoing. The position may be filled before the application deadline.
