Kungsbacka Health Center operates on the foundation of “together for accessibility,” which concretely means a health center where we, together with technology, create a smart and pleasant working environment that is sustainable in the long term and provides our patients with good and safe care.

The health center is located at Kungsbacka Local Hospital. This means we have close proximity to specialist clinics, radiology, dieticians, laboratory medicine, and pharmacies located in the building. The health center has over 14,000 registered patients, making us the largest health center in Region Halland. As a doctor with us, you will work in the largest team at the clinic, and we have many specialists in general medicine.

About the job

For us, accessibility and continuity are important. We want to be there for our patients, where they want to meet us. Therefore, we strive even more towards having a heart that consists of a digital reception for chat, video visits, and phone consultations, as well as physical reception when needed. We are not there yet, but that is where we are heading.

In your role as a doctor with us, you will work both with acute and planned consultations. You will be responsible for patients with more chronic illnesses, and you will work in our direct reception where we handle more acute issues. In the direct reception, you will always work with at least one colleague, and you have a team of nursing assistants, nurses, and physiotherapists around you.

The work includes standard tasks as a doctor at a health center, but with a focus on the following assignments.

• Work at the reception with acute and planned activities.
• Conduct primary care on digital platforms with chat, video, and phone.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed physician.

• You have completed your residency with a primary care placement or have equivalent experience.
• Experience, but primarily a willingness to work with digital health and medical care.
• You are meticulous, make correct assessments and priorities.
• You communicate clearly and express a positive attitude towards your work.
