About the job

As a dentist, you will work in a team with dental nurses and dental hygienists. The job includes regular dental tasks as well as clinical and administrative duties.

The catchment area includes a patient clientele with significant treatment needs. Given this, we work a lot with preventive measures. This creates a work situation where the development curve is steep, focusing on interdisciplinary collaboration to achieve the common goal. In addition, general treatments such as prosthetics and endodontics are also performed. We work closely with specialist dental care, which is always available for consultation and support, and often collaborate in the treatment of the same patient.

New to the profession?

As a new employee, you will be assigned 1-2 mentors and receive good support from your colleagues. If your mentor is unavailable, there are always other colleagues to ask. You will participate in an introductory program, where all new employees receive training in journal programs and region-specific routines, as well as a basic program aimed at licensed professions, focusing on routines and advice in clinical everyday life.

As a dentist with us, you will meet a cheerful group of 24 employees with good cohesion and an open atmosphere. We work closely together in teams where everyone takes great responsibility for ensuring that the clinic functions as well as possible for our patients. We care about helping and supporting each other, and we feel a sense of security with one another in our daily work.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed dentist with a dental license valid within the EU.

To succeed and thrive in the role of dentist with us, you need to enjoy working with both children and adults. You have great patience and see the challenges you face as opportunities for growth. Furthermore, you put the patient first and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You work from a holistic perspective for the best of the clinic. In addition to good dental competence and attention to detail, we see that you have a strong commitment and good collaborative skills. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required for the position. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
