We are now looking for someone interested in working as a nurse in home healthcare in Falkenberg. You will be based in Ullared where you have 9 colleagues, and you will work geographically across the entire inland area of Falkenberg municipality. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse, you work for good and safe care for our citizens who are registered in home healthcare, where patients reside in regular housing or in one of the municipality's facilities. In Falkenberg municipality, we have somatic care, short-term accommodation, day activities, and dementia units.

In your work, you will go out on urgent and planned healthcare assignments. Your work will be varied as it involves delegating tasks, making urgent clinical assessments in the patient's home, as well as over the phone with care staff.

All licensed (nurses/occupational therapists/physiotherapists, pharmacists) and nursing assistants work closely with the patient in focus. Together, we strive to provide the patient with the best possible care. Over the past year, we have expanded our care planning team with new colleagues, pharmacists, and an education team is in the pipeline.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, whether experienced or newly graduated. Further education in district nursing, geriatrics, or psychiatry is an advantage. A valid B driver's license is required for the position. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

OTHER

Weekly working hours: 38.25h/week (100%) - Day, evening, and weekend. We currently work on a 10-week schedule. Approximately 7-8 evenings/10 weeks, and currently, weekend duty every 5th weekend.
