Do you want to work with modern mining technology and contribute to safe and efficient production? We are now looking for a crusher and conveyor operator for our facility in Renström. With us, you will be part of a close-knit team working with both new and existing equipment underground.

Your role

As a crusher and conveyor operator, you are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of our rock transportation from the mine. You work closely with colleagues in a team where problem-solving and collaboration are a natural part of everyday life. The role also involves simpler maintenance work and work during maintenance shutdowns. Working hours are shift work 7/7 with morning and afternoon weeks, on-call duty occurs 3 days/4 weeks period.

Your tasks

• Operation and maintenance of the crushing plant and conveyor transport
• Patrolling and monitoring of the transportation system during operation
• Simpler maintenance and troubleshooting
• Reporting and logging in the maintenance system
• Coordination between departments
• Driving tractors both above and below ground.

Your contribution

We are looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous, and attentive. You appreciate variety in your work and possess a high safety awareness. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and enjoy working both independently and in smaller groups.

Qualifications required:

• High school diploma, preferably in industry, technology, or vehicles
• Experience from mining, process industry, or heavy industry
• Ability to handle control systems, machines, and simpler troubleshooting
• Ability to handle heavy lifts and work at heights with safety equipment
• Basic computer skills
• Fluent language skills in Swedish and basic understanding of English
• Driver's license B

It is meritorious to have:

• Good knowledge of hydraulics and welding skills
• Knowledge of Maximo or similar maintenance systems
• Experience in logistics in mining
