About the job

In this role, you will work as a machine operator in our production where you will become an important part of the team.

With us, you will have the opportunity to contribute to high quality, safe production, and continuous improvements.

Examples of your tasks:

• Operate and monitor production machines
• Perform mold changes and machine settings
• Conduct visual quality inspections
• Report times, quantities, deviations, and scrap
• Work according to quality and safety routines

Salary and conditions:

• Fixed-term employment, start as soon as possible. Possibility of extension
• Salary: 30,000–32,000 SEK/month depending on experience
• Collective agreement: Teknikavtalet IF Metall
• We apply transparent, objective, and gender-neutral criteria for salary setting according to EU's requirements for pay transparency.

The ideal candidate

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have a technical interest and preferably experience from industrial production.

You need to be meticulous, responsible, and enjoy working in a team. We provide you with support through clear processes, a good introduction, and the opportunity to develop in the role over time.

Basic requirements

• Practical and technically inclined
• Meticulous and organized
• Good computer skills
• Able to work 3-shift
• Driving license B

Meritorious

• Experience as a machine operator
• Previous work in industry or production
• Forklift and crane licenses, e.g., reach truck
