Property Service Gotland

The property management department of the administration manages the region's building stock, which includes hospitals, schools, preschools, and administrative offices, among others. Our main task is to ensure that the region's administrations and external customers have suitable premises at the lowest possible cost.

The unit's property technicians are responsible for the supervision and maintenance of the regional building stock in Gotland. The unit also performs supplementary work in the construction, electrical, and HVAC fields.

Your Responsibilities

As a property technician, you will be part of a well-established team with a strong sense of teamwork, knowledge, and experience. You will have the opportunity to work and develop in your role as a property technician with supervision, maintenance, preventive maintenance and repairs, planning, assembly, installations, and new installations.

The position is primarily focused on work in northern Gotland. The assignment also includes performing operationally related services within the area of expertise at the request of our internal operations.

On-call work may be included in the position.

Who Are You?

We see that you have some form of documented relevant education and experience in the above-described or similar tasks. Relevant experience from the profession is a requirement. Good computer skills are required to manage our assignments through the work order system and to handle our administrative support systems. A B driver's license is required for the job.

Specialized skills in control and regulation, ventilation, or refrigeration technology are extra merits.

You should be able to work independently and be proactive, but also have an easy time collaborating. Taking responsibility in the assignment and the ability to handle customer contacts are important to us. You master the Swedish language well, both in speech and writing.
