We are looking for an experienced and strategic requirements analyst with strong project management skills to contribute to a development initiative within the public sector. The assignment aims to establish a digital information exchange between municipalities and a government entity, with the goal of improving coordination and control of support for job seekers participating in studies within municipal adult education (komvux). The project has a strict deadline and is critical to enabling an efficient development process and ensuring that dependencies on external suppliers are managed correctly.

About the role

As a senior requirements analyst, you will be a central part of the team, responsible for analyzing, specifying, and documenting requirements in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. You will work in a dynamic environment and play a key role in translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements for the development team. The role also includes project management tasks such as facilitating workshops and ensuring progress in the project.

Responsibilities

– Conduct stakeholder analysis and identify key actors both internally and externally.

– Map and analyze needs together with stakeholders.

– Establish and maintain continuous dialogue with stakeholders.

– Document and specify requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements.

– Produce flow descriptions and use cases.

– Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering and analysis.

– Collaborate with the development team to ensure that requirements are implemented correctly.

– Participate in requirements forums and contribute to strategic discussions.

– Design handover plans for transferring work to the business.

Qualifications (must-have)

- Experience: At least 9–12 years of documented work experience in requirements management and business analysis within complex IT projects.

– Project management: Documented experience in driving projects that combine business requirements and IT development.

– Requirements management: Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.

– Agile methods: Experience working with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.

– Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts in a way that is understandable to different target groups.

– Technical understanding: Experience working with both business processes and technical solutions.

– Language: Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

Desirable (nice-to-have)

– Experience collaborating with stakeholders to identify and document requirements at both strategic and operational levels.

– Ability to create clear requirement specifications and use cases to support development and implementation.

– Experience ensuring that requirements are traceable, testable, and aligned with business goals.

– Competence in stakeholder modeling and architectural layers, including information, processes, and systems.

Additional information

Location: Solna, with the possibility of remote work up to 50% of the time over a year, by agreement.

Assignment period: 2025-02-17 – 2026-02-16, with the possibility of extension for an additional 6 months.

Scope: Full-time, 100%.
