Welcome to us

We are looking for nursing assistants who create security and contribute to ensuring that our elderly Stockholmers in the Årsta home care area have a meaningful and functioning everyday life.

We are looking for hourly substitutes who can work during the day or evening. Weekends may occur.

We are also looking for those interested in summer jobs and employment that extends throughout the summer (from mid-June to mid/end of August 2025).

Your role as an hourly substitute

As a nursing assistant, you have an important task to make people's everyday lives easier, better, and more enjoyable. You provide good care and social support to the elderly according to decisions made by the assistance officer. This includes helping with personal care such as showering and toilet visits, cooking and shopping, cleaning and laundry, and promoting a social and active lifestyle. In addition to performing practical tasks, you should also be able to document events in our documentation system and maintain contact with relatives.

Your competence and experience

We are looking for you who meet one of the following educational requirements:

• Protected professional title as a nursing assistant
• High school education in health and care
• Ongoing studies in nursing, health and care, or medical programs

Furthermore, you have:

• computer skills and can master the Swedish language well in both speech and writing since documentation and reporting are part of the job.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in healthcare, especially in home care.

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role and has a professional approach. You have a good ability to plan work together with the team, focusing on the residents. You take responsibility for your work, structure, and independently drive tasks forward. We also see that you contribute to good cooperation by having an open, accommodating, and problem-solving approach.
