As one of Sweden's largest players in both housing development and property management, we serve housing cooperatives, businesses, and public property owners. We are now looking for employees who want to help take care of our customers' residential yards in Malmö during the 2026 season, starting in early April.

What Will You Do?

The gardening team we are currently hiring for focuses on pure gardening maintenance. Daily tasks include weeding in planting areas, weed control on hard surfaces, pruning, and hedge trimming. Planting perennials, trees, and shrubs is also part of the job.

Working in gardening is varied and social. You meet our customers and contribute to a beautiful and pleasant living environment. You work in a team, planning your days together and taking your own initiatives – you have great freedom under responsibility. Regardless of the weather, you work outdoors and remain physically active throughout the day. The job includes driving vehicles with trailers and what that entails.

The mobile phone is an important work tool where you manage time reporting and similar tasks.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and caring. You have good knowledge of plants and green space maintenance or a curiosity and interest in learning. You enjoy planning your own work, are flexible, and solution-oriented.

Since you work in a team, it is essential that you enjoy collaborating, are unpretentious, and contribute to creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere in the workgroup. It is also important that you can create comfort and trust in your interactions with residents of the housing cooperatives. You are practically minded and enjoy being active.

As we work with machines and motorized gardening tools, experience with machinery is an asset, as well as lift certificates, brush cutter, and chainsaw certificates.

A B driver's license for manual transmission is required.
