Bromöllabolagen is looking for two environmental caretakers for seasonal employment!

Do you want to work outdoors and help create pleasant and well-maintained outdoor environments for our tenants? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

About the position

As an environmental caretaker with us, you will primarily work with the maintenance of our green areas, but other tasks may also occur in the residential areas. The tasks include, among other things: weeding, hedge trimming, grass trimming, and lawn mowing.

You will be part of an engaged team that together is responsible for the external environment – focusing on quality, order, and good service to our tenants.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in gardening or green area maintenance.

• Is meticulous and enjoys when things are neat and well-kept.

• Is service-oriented and treats people with respect.

• Enjoys working both independently and in a team.

• Takes responsibility and sees what needs to be done.

Requirements:

• B driver's license (manual transmission).

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience in park construction or professional green area maintenance.

Employment conditions:

• Seasonal employment 100%
• Period: May 4 – September 30, 2026 (or by agreement).
• Location: Bromölla.
