About the position

Our clients manage outdoor environments for property companies and housing associations in Malmö. They have a good reputation and long experience in the industry. You will start from the client's establishment every day and be part of the team that collaborates to achieve the best results. Even though you are employed as a consultant, you will work for the same company throughout the season.

• Employment: Full-time, 6 months with a great chance of extension (via Montico hired to the client)
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 16:00
• Salary: According to collective agreement
• Start: March 2026

Requirements to proceed in the recruitment process:

• Driving license B manual transmission
• Ability to communicate and read in Swedish
• Good physical condition

Experience and education in gardening are highly meritorious.

Job description

You will work with the usual tasks required to keep the outdoor environment in residential areas beautiful and pleasant for residents and visitors. This includes maintenance of plantings, as well as hedge trimming and leaf blowing. Pruning and planting may also occur.
