About the position

Our clients are companies with various assignments in operations and maintenance in the Malmö region. Work is carried out in residential associations, parks, and/or municipal properties. You will start from the client's establishment every day and be part of the team that collaborates to achieve the best results. Even though you are employed as a consultant, the plan is for you to work with the same client company throughout the season.

Employment: Full-time, 6 months with a chance of extension
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 16:00
Salary: According to collective agreement
Start: March 2026

Requirements to proceed in the recruitment process:

• Driver's license B manual transmission
• Ability to communicate and read in Swedish
• Good experience operating ride-on lawn mowers
• Good physical condition

Other maintenance work may occur, such as trimming, hedge cutting, weeding, or watering. It is an advantage if you have experience driving tractors, trailers, and using other gardening machines.
