We are now looking for a process operator for our client in the pharmaceutical sector. You will work with technical processes to ensure high-quality production. This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and our client. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site at the client.

Job Description

In the role of process operator, your focus will primarily be on ensuring that applicable safety procedures are followed and performing quality controls. You will, among other things, set up machines and perform weight checks, as well as handle cleaning and autoclaving of utensils. You strictly follow GMP procedures and document carefully in logs and records. Your role also includes assisting with minor machine maintenance and troubleshooting together with technicians, as well as supporting during downtime. It is important that you enjoy working physically as heavy lifting is involved.

What we are looking for in you

We are looking for someone with a high school education or previous experience in process work, preferably in a GMP-regulated environment. You have experience with technical tasks and an interest in machine maintenance. You are responsible, flexible, and have a good ability to collaborate with others. You are structured, meticulous, and have good communication skills, both in Swedish and English.

Requirements for the position

• Technical education or experience in process work
• Production experience from GMP-regulated operations
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Ability to read and understand English
• Good physical condition
