According to the Swedish Companies Registration Office, we belong to the staffing industry, but we don’t see ourselves as working with staffing (nor with placement, for that matter) – we work with people! Sure, we recruit managers and specialists, we provide skilled labor to industries, tech companies, retail businesses, and others, we help schools enhance their competencies, and we match talents and skills with the needs of the job market. About the Company

The workplace is an industry located about 20 kilometers outside Uppsala, where a driver's license is an advantage, but bus connections are also available. The position is scheduled for Friday evenings between approximately 3 PM and midnight, with a need for staff about every other Friday. You will also have the opportunity to work when staff are sick, on leave, or during special work peaks, which requires some flexibility. A full-time position may also be available during the summer.

Your Responsibilities

You will work on monitoring parts of the process, quality sorting, packaging the final product, and performing light maintenance. You will be part of a team that supports each other in daily operations. Your knowledgeable colleagues will help you get into the role and share the knowledge you need to feel secure in your work.

We are looking for someone who is studying or has another primary occupation, and the position is available for immediate start!

You will be employed by Clockwork and work on assignment for our client. As an employee at Clockwork, you have the opportunity to expand your network and gain valuable work experience for your future career. Community and appreciation are important to us, which is why you will have close and personal contact with your consultant manager who supports and develops your work. We strive for a balanced gender distribution among our consultants, and right now we are almost evenly distributed between men and women from Clockwork working for our client.
