Engaged nursing assistants wanted for new somatic unit
Now you have the opportunity to be involved from the start!
In the spring, we will open a new somatic unit and we are looking for engaged nursing assistants who want to help build a business in an exciting startup phase.
The unit will open in May 2026 in temporary premises before moving to Forellen. The somatic unit will accommodate 8 tenants and be part of a joint team with our already established departments in geriatric psychiatry and dementia, which are currently located at Forellen. Here you will be offered close collaboration, the opportunity to influence working methods, and contribute to safe and qualitative care.
One of the positions is a permanent employment and the other is a monthly substitute that runs until December 2026. Both positions are full-time (100%) and involve night work. In your application, you will specify via a selection question whether you are applying for a permanent position or a monthly substitute.
As a nursing assistant, you have a fun and flexible assignment! Therefore, we are looking for someone who is a team player and wants to contribute to the team through the exchange of skills, development, job satisfaction, and a flexible working method. Your assignment includes care work, and the content of the shifts is based on the needs and wishes of the elderly. This may involve social interaction with our elderly, assisting with meals, and personal hygiene.
The work is suitable for you if you can work nights and weekends. We apply a 34.33-hour workweek for our staff working nights.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant. Experience in special housing or home care is an advantage, as well as previous experience of night work in elderly care. It is also advantageous if you have worked with the quality register Senior Alert.
We are looking for someone who understands the importance of good interaction with users, relatives, and colleagues. You have a strong ability to collaborate with a sense of responsibility for both the tasks and contributing to a good climate in the workplace. You are confident in yourself and in your professional role. You are happy to contribute to the development of the business, enjoy when things happen around you, and take on new challenges with great curiosity and flexibility.
Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
Warm welcome with your application!
