The goal is for each employee to have more time for ancillary tasks and development work. We have started our transformation journey by recruiting for the departments with cognitive impairment.

We are now looking for four brave and committed nursing assistants who want to be part of our transformation journey in the departments for general care and support.

With its central location at Kortedala Square, Sekelbo care and support housing is close to scenic surroundings such as the Klaras ängar colony area and the Lärjeån valley. The building consists of five floors. Two of the floors are for general care and support, and three are reserved for residents with cognitive impairment. We enable our residents to live a dignified and meaningful life. In total, there are 50 apartments in the facility. We are a star-rated care and support facility where we focus on development and community.

We appreciate your commitment and competence. At the facility, you contribute to creating a safe and meaningful existence for the residents. You focus on the residents' strengths, motivate, and stimulate them based on their individual needs in their homes, which are part of our care and support facility.

Your tasks include everything from personal care to support for residents' safety. Some tasks are performed on behalf of licensed personnel. You also work with documentation based on the residents' needs and wishes.

About You

• We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, can show the Socialstyrelsen certificate for protected professional title, or can demonstrate that you were employed as a nursing assistant at the introduction of the new regulations.
• The job requires computer skills for documentation in IT systems and good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with others.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Work experience in care and support work.
• Further education with a focus on dementia.

In your role, you meet many people, which requires you to work together with others to achieve common goals. You should be respectful, open in your meetings, and always have the residents' best interests in focus. The workday can sometimes be different than planned because you work with people; therefore, you maintain calm, balance different demands, and reprioritize your tasks.
