Preformance takes prototype and low-volume manufacturing of injection-molded plastic parts to a whole new level. Preformance's services are becoming increasingly in demand, and more customers require the expertise and breadth we possess in production methods and materials. To meet market needs and to replace a colleague who is retiring, we are recruiting a clever and stable toolmaker.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Maintenance and assembly of aluminum tools for injection molding

• Testing, quality control, and fine-tuning of finished tools

• Close contact and collaboration with project managers and other employees

• Participating in and initiating improvement work in the department

As an applicant, you have experience from technical work where you have preferably repaired, built, and maintained technical components, machines, or similar. You have preferably worked with a variety of machines and are not afraid of either machine operation or bench work. You are meticulous, solution-oriented, and set high standards for yourself and your surroundings. You are curious, have a strong technical interest, are practical, and work just as well independently as in a team. You thrive in a varied role with many tasks running in parallel, where planning and prioritization can change at short notice.
