We are now looking for a setter for daytime work at our production in Gislaved who wants to contribute to our continued development.

At Axjo, there are 35 injection molding machines, nearly 45 robots, and an automated assembly department. Our operations are characterized by constant development, where we continuously work to optimize and improve both production and work processes.

Main responsibilities:

• Tool changes, setting, and startup of injection molding machines
• Adjusting and optimizing process parameters
• Conducting material changes
• Continuously working on optimizing machines to achieve our high production and quality goals.

To thrive in this role, you have:

• Experience from a similar role in the plastics industry and understand the relationship between machine and material.
• A strong technical interest and a desire to find solutions
• Good organizational skills and work safely and with quality awareness
• A good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

If you have knowledge of basic robot programming, improvement work (SMED), or have worked in Maintmaster, it is an advantage.
