We are now looking for you who are interested in working as a machine operator during the day in Värnamo for one of our clients.

This is a job for you who enjoy contributing and taking responsibility in a smaller production group with a high work ethic.

You must be able to read the instructions available at each workstation to perform the job. If you are solution-oriented and a bit clever regarding the mechanical parts of the machines, that is a plus; if you lack that knowledge, you can compensate with a strong willingness to learn.

This job is a so-called temp-to-perm recruitment, which means that the successful candidate will be employed by Aktiv Bemanning and will then transition to employment with our client after a number of months when both the client and the employee feel it is working.

As a machine operator with our client, you will come into contact with some sensitive information, so background checks (financial and criminal records) will be part of the process.
