Kirunabostäder AB is a public housing company owned by Kiruna Municipality and is an important player in the development of Kiruna. The company aims to strengthen and develop housing for all people in Kiruna Municipality.

Kirunabostäder owns 2,182 apartments and 42,500 square meters of commercial space and manages over 212,000 square meters of municipal properties. Today, we have 145 employees who have developed the values that apply in the company - Together, Engagement, and Care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

With us, you can expect a flexible job where no day is the same. You will be our face to the public by being present and available for our tenants on a daily basis. Your starting point is Svappavaara, but the job may also involve assisting your colleagues in other parts of our management area in the eastern countryside.

Your main job responsibilities include:

Responsibility for the daily operations and internal and external maintenance of assigned properties.
Work with operations and maintenance in and around the properties through rounds, corrective maintenance, and preventive work in and around the properties.
Operations and maintenance of the swimming pool.
Operations and maintenance of the heating boiler.

On-call duty is included in the job.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with great engagement who wants to help develop our work and mission forward. All to meet our tenants and customers in the best way.

We are looking for someone who has worked as a property manager or in a similar role. You are used to working independently and also have an easy time with teamwork. Knowledge and education of some sort within property management is desirable. Knowledge in plumbing, ventilation, electricity, construction, as well as control and regulation is an advantage. You have a well-developed ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish. A driver's license (B) is a requirement.

You are reliable, engaged, structured, and have good collaboration skills both with tenants, contractors, and colleagues. You are solution-oriented, flexible, and have a positive attitude. You are easy to understand and communicate in a considerate and humble manner. We place great importance on personal qualities.
