ABOUT THE POSITION

In this role, you will play a central part in ensuring that advanced systems are not only delivered but also can be maintained, upgraded, and remain operational throughout their lifecycle. From the initial ideas to the finished solution, your focus will be on transforming requirements into practical maintenance strategies, developing plans for spare parts and training, and optimizing the total lifecycle cost of the systems. Here, your own initiatives and new ideas are encouraged; no challenge is too complex to tackle together.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will work on analyzing and defining requirements for products to ensure their sustainability and functionality throughout the lifecycle, as well as contribute to creating the foundation for technical documentation. You will be the link between engineers and practical application, focusing on optimizing maintenance and operational reliability.

You will, for example:

• Design strategies for maintenance and spare parts management
• Conduct analyses such as LCC (Life Cycle Cost), LSA (Logistics Support Analysis), and FMECA (Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis)
• Ensure that logistics requirements are integrated into system design to support operation and maintenance
• Develop training materials and technical instructions for operations and maintenance personnel
• Continuously review and develop processes to extend the lifespan of systems and reduce total costs

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a civil or bachelor's degree in technical design, product development, or similar, or relevant work experience that we consider equivalent
• Has several years of work experience in a technical role
• Has a genuine interest in technology and an analytical ability to see both the big picture and the details
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in the work
• Holds a B driver's license as travel may be required in the job

It is an advantage if you have:

• Previous experience from the defense industry
• Experience in developing maintenance strategies for products
• Experience in service maintenance within the manufacturing industry, preferably automotive or similar
