We are now looking for service-oriented consultants for a varied and responsible assignment with a larger organization in Stockholm. The assignment is temporary and involves stepping in as needed, for example, during the absence of regular staff.

As an office and service coordinator, you play a central role in the daily operations. You ensure that the offices run smoothly, that service is of high quality, and that employees and visitors receive a professional welcome. The role is operational, social, and varied.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Inspecting the offices and ensuring order in common areas and meeting rooms

• Maintaining order in pantries and dining areas

• Handling incoming service requests via the system

• Welcoming visitors and being a natural point of contact in the office

• Answering questions from employees and contributing to good service in everyday life

• Managing and coding invoices and contacting suppliers as needed

• Ordering office supplies and other consumables

• Handling mail

• Providing daily supervision to a colleague

• Documented experience in handling, checking, and coding invoices

• Good computer skills and the ability to work in various digital systems, including intranet

• Excellent service skills and the ability to handle arising questions quickly and professionally

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Experience in similar service or office-related roles

• Experience in administrative roles within larger organizations

Stockholm. The assignment is primarily based in an office in southern Stockholm, but work may also occur at other offices within the city. Remote work: Not possible.

• Scope: Temporary assignments as needed

• Estimated scope: The need may vary over time and may exceed or fall short of the estimate

• Option for extension: Yes, up to 12 months
