Our client needs to staff their IT support during the period of January to June 2026. The assignment is a temporary employment, as one of the support staff will be on parental leave during the same period.

Our client has approximately 230 permanent employees and an additional 100–150 temporary employees. The support department handles around 600 cases per year, mainly related to accounts, computers, and phones. A large part of the work consists of supporting the business and project employees in their daily IT usage.

The position is on-site at our client's premises at Oxenstiernsgatan 34 in Stockholm.

In the role of IT support staff, you will work with:

• Daily user support for employees
• Management of accounts, computers, and mobile devices
• Case management in the ticketing system
• Support in Microsoft standard tools and applications
• Administration and documentation according to given routines

To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience in:

• Managing users in Active Directory, Office 365, and Entra ID
• Handling MFA and Authenticator in Entra ID
• Administration of Teams, email, and SharePoint groups
• Working in a ticketing system
• Managing devices in an inventory system
• User support in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Managing PCs with Windows 11
• Managing Mac computers with macOS Sequoia or newer
• Managing mobile phones, primarily iPhone, via Intune
• Experience with the Adobe suite

We are looking for someone who has:

• A high degree of service orientation
• Understanding of the importance of structure, rules, and accuracy
• Insight that exceptions may sometimes be necessary
• Good problem-solving skills
• A healthy dose of common sense
