You will be part of a staff function within Operational Excellence, focusing on business development, digitalization, and compliance. In this role, you will be operationally and tactically responsible for ensuring that system management is delivered and further developed in an organization where stability and flexibility need to be balanced. The work is done in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, operational line organizations, the management team, and a central IT provider.

• Ensure that system management is delivered and developed according to the needs of the business.
• Work with management using both sequential and agile methods.
• Maintain dialogue with the IT provider regarding project needs and follow up on SLAs.
• Support individual management teams in their management work.
• Administer and follow up on smaller project needs, using a methodology similar to PMO.
• Further develop the management framework and ensure implementation through managers in the organization.
• Contribute to broadening the management role by integrating more aspects of business development.

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in similar roles.
• Relevant academic degree or equivalent work experience.
• Understanding of bimodal IT environments where stability and flexibility need to be balanced.
• Experience in IT governance and management practices.
• Experience in implementing management practices through change and communication plans as well as practical training.

• Experience from the energy sector.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience in developing management practices from a system focus to a business development focus.
• Experience in Data Management & Analytics.
