About the position

This is a 60% position, perfect for you who are studying, running your own business on the side, or simply want more flexibility in your everyday life. Working hours are distributed over 3 days a week, 8 hours a day.

What does a Rental Agent do with us?

You are our local face in Grängesberg, Smedjebacken, and Skokloster, working closely with our Property Technicians and Managers. You will staff our customer service phone on the days you work between 08:00–10:00, answering incoming calls and emails from both housing seekers and existing tenants.

In your role, you are responsible for the entire rental process – from the first contact to the signed contract. You conduct viewings and pre-inspections, handle inquiries from potential tenants, and proactively engage in sales and marketing activities related to our rental apartments. Everything you do aims to create safe, pleasant homes and satisfied tenants.

Who are you?

You are a self-driven and positive person who enjoys meeting people - both digitally and physically. You have a sense of structure, like to keep track of details, and enjoy taking your own initiative. You thrive in a varied work environment and find it easy to communicate and build trust.

We also believe that you:

Have experience from a similar role, or education in real estate, sales, or rental law.

Are familiar with Grängesberg and Smedjebacken and have a strong local network.

Location: Grängesberg

Employment type: Permanent, 60%

Start: As soon as possible, with a 6-month probationary period

You will report to our Rental Manager and become part of our team in the Mitt area.
