About the role

As a salesperson at Elui, we are not just looking for experience – we are looking for the right attitude. You do not need to know anything about individual sewage systems when you start, as we will teach you everything you need to know. The most important thing for us is that you are:

In your role, you will:

• Work with qualified leads: Your task is to understand customer needs and guide them to the right solution.
• Build relationships: You will meet many customers on-site, which means you enjoy being on the move.
• Handle digital tools: We use modern CRM systems like Pipedrive and document tools like Scrive and Pandadoc – and we will help you become comfortable with them if you are not already.
• Collaborate with the team: Once the deal is closed, you will ensure together with colleagues that the project can start smoothly and that all permits are processed.

We are looking for someone who:

• Lives in Västmanland, Stockholm, Uppsala, or Södermanland County
• Has a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Is engaged, hungry, and enjoys working towards goals.
• Is comfortable using digital tools and is eager to take initiatives for personal development.
• Enjoys being in the field and appreciates variety in everyday life.

Experience in construction, contracting, or similar is a plus but not a requirement. We value your willingness to learn and develop more than your background.
