Contribute to success in sales and contract negotiations

Do you want to be a key player in a collaborative sales team, working towards effective results in tendering and contract negotiations? As a Sales & Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects and key accounts, ensuring reliable contract submissions, and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders. Manage projects and key accounts effectively

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Manage projects and key accounts, overseeing the entire tendering and contract negotiation process.
  • Collaborate with technical, legal, and commercial experts to gather necessary inputs for contract submissions.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure their needs are met and fulfilled satisfactorily.

You will be part of a collaborative sales team, working closely with colleagues to reach team goals. This position is preferably based at our office in Karlskrona or Malmö.

Curious and skilled in teamwork

We are looking for someone who is curious and consistent, with a strong commitment to growth and the ability to handle complex tasks. You should be commercially minded, motivated to generate business and support customers. As a collaborative worker, your teamwork abilities will empower you to work closely with colleagues to reach team goals. We would prefer if you have an academic background and +5 years in selling services and projects within the relevant field.

You also have:

  • Proven experience in managing projects and key accounts.
  • Proven skilled negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical, legal, and commercial experts.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Risk management.
  • Forecasting.
