The position is 50% to start, but has the potential to grow to 100% over time as the company and role develop.

You will play a key role in how we welcome, educate, and engage our customers digitally – both new and existing.

What you actually do here – on a typical day:

• Create and send newsletters that inform, guide, and engage
• Plan and publish content on our social media
• Help develop our digital onboarding – texts, flows, and content that help new customers get started
• Produce digital training and guides for existing customers, such as articles, videos, webinars, or help center content
• Collaborate with the sales and customer teams to ensure the right message in the right channel and the right phase of the customer journey
• Follow up on what works (and what doesn’t) and adjust accordingly
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, guides, and training materials that should exist – and take them all the way to completion

Who we think you are:

You are at the beginning of your marketing career, or have worked for a year or so in digital marketing, communication, or content.

You enjoy writing, have a sense for tone, and like to work in a structured way.

You are curious, unpretentious, and enjoy experimenting.

And you thrive in an environment where you can learn a lot, contribute early, and help influence how we grow.
