About this opportunity:

Join the CSDP solution within the SWPS CI&R Dev unit and work at the center of our development ecosystem. As a CICD Automation and Platform Developer, you’ll help design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation tooling and platform services that accelerate delivery, strengthen security and improve developer experience. This role offers the chance to broaden your technical skills, influence tooling and processes, and make a measurable impact across multiple product teams.

What you will do:

• Design, implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, build systems and automated environments to increase speed, reliability and security.
• Develop internal tools and services (scripting, APIs) that streamline developer workflows and platform operations.
• Maintain and harden platform components including containerization, build orchestration and related services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and pipeline issues, collaborating closely with product teams to improve stability and usability.
• Champion DevSecOps best practices across the organization, including vulnerability management, patching and secure configuration.
• Participate in architecture and delivery discussions to ensure scalable, maintainable and secure automation solutions.

The skills you bring:

Essential

• University degree (BSc or MSc) in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of product development experience.
• Strong software development skills and solid programming experience (Python, JavaScript, GoLang or similar).
• Deep experience with Linux systems.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and related tools and techniques (Docker, Git, Jenkins, Maven, Mesos, MySQL or equivalent).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Practical understanding of security principles relevant to infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

Valuable / can be developed on the job

• Experience with infrastructure & networking security concepts (firewalls, VPNs, zero-trust).
• Lifecycle Management experience: patching, vulnerability handling and remediation workflows.
• Familiarity with Service Oriented Architecture, RESTful services and web service integration.
• Exposure to hypervisor, OS and third-party platform components.
