About the position

We are currently looking for two property technicians for our office in Linköping. As a property technician, you will have an independent and ongoing responsibility for corrective maintenance and operational issues for approximately 350 apartments in Linköping. In this role, you contribute to the overall results of the region and play an important part in ensuring that Sveafastigheter lives up to its core values: long-term, innovative, present, and businesslike.

Your tasks will include, for example:

• Receiving, managing, and resolving maintenance requests

• Contact with our tenants

• Routine rounds and troubleshooting for minor repairs and maintenance work (replacement of fridge/freezer/stove if applicable)

• Orders and follow-ups on repairs and maintenance actions

• Changing filters and general supervision of ventilation systems, heating systems, and heat pumps, as well as relevant plumbing work

• Problem-solving for the property's technical systems, such as indoor climate, heating, and ventilation

• Involvement in energy efficiency efforts

• Supervision and rounds of the internal and external environment

• Conducting apartment inspections.

Formal requirements:

• High school education in technology, knowledge of plumbing/control and regulation and/or electrical systems is advantageous

• Several years of work experience in the real estate industry, construction, or related technical fields

• Understanding of property management/technology

• Driver's license (B)

• Basic IT skills and ability to familiarize yourself with digital systems

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Basic knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

We consider it an advantage if you also meet:

• Previous experience with electrical systems, plumbing, ventilation, and appliances

• Previous experience as a facility manager with knowledge of SBA

• Experience with the property system Vitec

• Previous experience in operations and maintenance.
