We at StudentConsulting are now seeking a field operator for Lantmännen Biorefineries facility in Norrköping for the summer season of 2026. What you will do:

As a field operator at Lantmännen Biorefineries, you will be an important part of the production of bioethanol and protein feed. You will work to steer the production facility towards set goals through continuous improvements and basic maintenance.

Your work will include monitoring and controlling production from the control room, conducting rounds, and keeping the facility clean and efficient according to established routines. You will also be part of the team that identifies and solves technical problems and helps to enhance workplace safety through your proactive engagement. Contributing to a safe and efficient work environment is an important part of your role.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications and attributes:

For this role, it is an advantage but not a requirement to have a technical high school education or a process technician education. Experience from a similar role within the process industry with shift work is also highly meritorious, as is experience with production-related IT systems. You should have basic computer skills and the ability to understand production-related IT systems. Good knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement.
