FF Property Services assists housing cooperatives with property management, financial management, and property maintenance. We are looking for a driven and committed cleaner/property caretaker to join our team for client assignments where experience in the profession is advantageous.

In this role, you will primarily work with cleaning but also other property maintenance tasks that include lawn mowing, weed removal, and litter picking. The position requires good physical condition and the ability to perform tasks that sometimes involve heavy lifting and prolonged standing. You should be able to work independently but also as part of a team, with flexibility, attention to detail, and an aptitude for prioritization. In your role, you must be creative with your own responsibilities, where you have opportunities to develop in your property caretaker role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning, property, and/or garden maintenance
• Good knowledge of cleaning
• Driver's license B
• Good references

The position is full-time with a competitive salary and benefits. Regular working hours will be Monday to Friday between 07:00 - 16:00.
