About the position

The newly established position means that you will have overall responsibility for our mechanical products within the Cleaning and Storage Systems product areas. Among other things, you will be responsible for the maintenance, rental, and training of these products for our customers.

Your tasks will include demonstrations, installation, and commissioning at customer sites, as well as performing service and repairs. The position also entails close communication with our suppliers regarding troubleshooting and spare parts. You will also carry out deliveries and conduct training on the machine and its consumables. In the role of service technician, you will also be responsible for ordering machines and spare parts for the responsible purchaser and managing the register of our leased machines.

We are looking for

You need to have worked with similar tasks for a few years, be accustomed to reading drawings/instructions in English, and be able to handle tools.

To succeed in this role, we see that you are service-oriented, structured, and responsible with the ability to plan and drive your work forward. You have broad and practical knowledge and work independently. At the same time, you are flexible and solution-oriented and enjoy varied tasks.

We also believe that you are attentive to customer needs and can identify improvements, foresee future customer needs, and come up with ideas and suggestions.

Requirements for the position:

* Class B driver's license (preferable with BE or C license)

* Experienced in a traveling job with about 50 overnight stays per year

* Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, for training, reporting, and documentation.

* Computer literate, familiar with common programs in the Office suite
