Your Responsibilities

The tasks for this role suit you who enjoy a variety of tasks. As an operations technician, you will be involved in the entire production process from A to Z, monitoring the production facility from the control room, conducting rounds, lab-testing the product at various stages, and ensuring that the factory's production runs as smoothly as possible. If issues arise, you will also perform light technical troubleshooting and analysis, cleaning, and preventive work.

Even though this is a summer job, you will function as a key person where you are expected to have high attendance in production, contribute with decisiveness, openness, and a holistic view.

The position is full-time and follows the customer's 6-shift schedule. The start date is early/mid-April until the end of August, and an extension is possible for the right person.

Since you are hired to substitute for regular staff, there is no chance for a longer vacation in this role.

For the role of operations technician, we are looking for a driven and communicative person who is motivated by being an important cog in a large machinery. To get into the role as quickly as possible, it is a big plus if you have experience in an industrial environment within production or manufacturing, but it is not a requirement. We would like you to have an industrial education as a foundation or be currently enrolled in a program, but again, this is not a requirement; your personal qualifications are the most important.

You have a strong interest in technology and processes and enjoy working in production in close collaboration with other operators and technicians. If you have previous experience working in the industry, for example, in processes, we see this as a strong merit.
