About the Assignment

For our client Fresenius Kabi, we are now looking for an experienced Sr Quality Specialist. In this role, you will be a key person in quality control, where your expertise in analytical chemistry will help ensure high quality of raw materials, finished pharmaceuticals, and analytical methods. This is a consulting assignment starting in February 2026.

Responsibilities

As a specialist, you will be responsible for providing chemical expertise in several key areas. Your main tasks include:

• Analysis of raw materials and finished pharmaceuticals
• Development and validation of analytical methods
• Qualification of instruments
• Handling regulatory issues related to analytical methods
• Planning and executing your work based on given priorities and timelines
• Participation in deviation investigations
• Establishment and maintenance of the department's SOPs

The work may periodically involve tight deadlines, which means you need to be able to prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously.

The position is a consulting assignment starting immediately and is expected to last until August, with the possibility of extension.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Academic education in analytical chemistry or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in one of the areas mentioned above
• Experience in independently driving larger tasks or projects
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
• Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with regulatory inspections
• Experience from GMP-regulated operations
• Experience in areas that the group is responsible for (analytical methods, validations, instrument qualification, etc.)
