We are now looking for a Vehicle Technician to build our team within mobile car workshops. We are a transport company starting a digital mobile workshop that assists our own and our fleet partners' vehicles on-site when unexpected issues arise.

About the job

As a vehicle technician, you will work with alignment, repairs, as well as wheel measurement and wheel alignment of passenger and light trucks. We are looking for someone with industry experience who can perform everything from troubleshooting, equipping used and new cars, as well as maintenance, to engine service and repairs.

Job responsibilities may include:

• Service and maintenance
• Changing oil, filters, spark plugs, brake pads, and other wear parts.
• Checking tires, exhaust systems, cooling systems, and batteries.
• Troubleshooting
• Using computer-based diagnostic tools to find faults in the engine, electronics, or control systems.
• Listening, test-driving, and analyzing symptoms from the customer.
• Repairs
• Brakes, steering, and suspension.
• Transmission and drivetrain.
• Electrical systems (lights, starter motor, generator, sensors).
• Customer contact
• Explaining what is wrong and what needs to be addressed.
• Providing cost estimates for repairs.
• Administration
• Documenting completed work.
