Our Offer

Primärvårdscentrum Östergötland consists of 33 region-operated health centers, Vårdcentrum Finspång, Child Health Care Unit, 1177 and emergency centers in the evenings and weekends, and the General Medicine Training Center. We conduct a broad primary care operation where we provide care to everyone throughout their lives; newborns, children, adolescents, adults, the elderly, and patients in the end stages of life.

Vårdcentralen Ekholmen is located in the southern part of Linköping and currently has about 22,000 registered patients. Job Description

Your tasks at the health center are varied and cover the general medical area where you meet patients from different backgrounds of all ages. In first-line care, you work health-promoting, advisory, and treatment in telephone counseling and nurse reception. In both acute and planned activities, you receive patients and collaborate with other professionals. We view positively continued professional development and there are opportunities for personal development within your own area of responsibility.

Work Group

We are about 70 employees at the health center who enjoy working together in an open work climate.

At the health center, there are medical consultations, specialist nurse consultations, nurse reception, child health care, psychosocial competence, dietitian, foot care, and laboratory. We also take responsibility for several nursing homes and collaborate with home care.

About You

You are a licensed nurse or community nurse, preferably with experience in primary care. You master the Swedish language in speech and writing, corresponding to C1 level.

You have good collaboration skills and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. Furthermore, you have a pleasant demeanor towards patients and colleagues, and communicate in a clear and unpretentious manner. You are secure in your professional role and have the ability to make independent decisions based on your profession. We want to develop the care we provide to our patients, which requires curious and driven employees, and we therefore place great importance on personal suitability.
