The Role of Care Assistant

Working in any of our operations is a journey of personal development as much as it is an important and fun job. This means we have a strong focus on those we serve while working together and being close to one another.

The schedule is set for days, evenings, and every other weekend.

Your Profile

As a person, you are accommodating in your approach and attentive to your surroundings. You create new contacts as well as maintain your current work relationships. You take responsibility and drive your work forward, delivering results and prioritizing your work effectively. You see opportunities in changes, take your own initiatives, and come up with new approaches to work-related issues. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

• is at least 18 years old
• holds a valid B driver's license
• expresses themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written

Our Offer and Additional Information

We offer a permanent position with a start date to be agreed upon.

The position is full-time or as agreed. Within the Department of Health & Care, all employees in home care and care homes are employed at a 100% employment rate, but employees have the opportunity to reduce their desired employment rate based on the needs of the operation.

Before an offer of employment, a valid extract from the police criminal record must be presented. The type of record extract to be requested is Control of own data in the criminal record. Background checks may be conducted before employment.

As of July 1, 2023, the title of care assistant is a protected professional title.
