Summer Temporary Position for Licensed Nurses in Varberg Municipality

We are looking for nurses for several operations – including regular and special housing, functional support, and social psychiatry. Placement will be in dialogue with you, based on your skills, preferences, and the needs of the operation. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a summer temporary nurse, you will participate in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of health and medical care interventions together with your team. You will work closely with both patients and colleagues and receive support from experienced nurses in your daily work.

The work may include:

• Conducting assessments and medical interventions with the support of colleagues
• Collaborating with teams, relatives, and other stakeholders regarding the patient's care
• Documenting according to applicable routines and legislation
• Providing advice and support to staff in daily work

You will work based on the patient's needs and the operation's schedule, which may involve day, evening, and weekend shifts during the period of June to August.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and want to contribute to safe and good care in patients' everyday lives. You collaborate easily with both colleagues and relatives and contribute to a work climate where we support each other and enjoy our work.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a licensed nurse
• Can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Have a B driver's license, as the position may involve travel between different units and in home care

Meritorious:

• Experience from municipal health and medical care, primary care, or inpatient care
• Previous experience as a summer temporary worker or in temporary positions
