We at Lunden are now looking for a licensed preschool teacher who shares our passion for outdoor education.

Qualifications:

You need to be a licensed preschool teacher and want to work in a preschool where you are motivated and driven by outdoor education. We place great importance on your ability to collaborate and communicate easily with colleagues as well as with children and parents. You should also possess the ability to create trust and security within the child group.

We would like you to be a creative, positive person who takes initiative and is forward-thinking, as well as being able to speak and write good Swedish. Documentation and planning time are also included in the position as a preschool teacher. We believe it is important that you want to be involved in developing the operations and the child group together with your colleagues in ways that lead to the children's creativity, creation, and learning being enhanced.

Frilufts Förskolor is a well-established company that has been operating since 1993. We run 10 preschools in five municipalities in Stockholm. As a newly graduated preschool teacher, you will join our Mentorship Program, which involves regular and structured feedback on your development – our preschool managers are as good educators with most of their time spent in the child group as they are good sounding boards for a secure start to your career.
