We are now looking for you who want to be a substitute in grades F-6. Working with Pamoja in schools is fantastic. Pamoja is the largest provider of substitutes for schools in Sweden. We have agreements with many schools and have lots of different exciting assignments.

How the job works

You often work on short notice (the same morning). You can work a lot or a little, often or rarely. Which tasks you can work with will be agreed upon when you are hired. You will always be personally matched to your assignments (based on your preferences and your skills).

You can easily manage the job in our smart app. In addition, you always have a personal contact with our support who assists you when you need it - before, during, and after the job. You work securely with a collective agreement. Of course, you will receive a proper introduction to the job before you start.

What do you need to know?

• You need to have a teaching degree or another higher education degree, alternatively ongoing studies, and at least 6 months of experience in teaching in schools or other educational activities. You also need to be prepared to take responsibility and initiative and want to collaborate with others.
• You need to have a completed high school diploma.
• You have great freedom to change your calendar - but you need to be ready to work as you promise.
• You need to be able to work at least 2 days a week (Are you a student? Then you need to be able to work at least 1 day/week).
• You should want to be a good role model for everyone you meet in the job!
