About the Role

We are happily welcoming more children into our groups at the preschools and therefore need more educators. We are looking for preschool teachers for our area, which consists of three preschools in Västerort - Vällingby/Spånga.

We seek preschool teachers who are passionate about language and communication and can bring a lot of positive energy in their interactions with each child.

Currently, we need preschool teachers for the younger children, but this may change in the future. We will provide more information during an interview if it becomes relevant and discuss where you could reach your highest potential.

Johannelund Preschool is a multicultural preschool where most of the children have a mother tongue other than Swedish. This makes it especially important for us to work purposefully in various ways with language. The preschool has 4 departments spread over two floors, with the younger children on the ground floor. Everyone eats together in a dining room.

Trolleborgen Preschool is a large preschool with space for 144 children distributed across two buildings. The preschool is located next to Nälsta School and has a large lovely yard as well as proximity to both forest and green areas.

At our preschools, we have high ambitions for our children's learning and development, and our work is characterized by high engagement. Through shared collegial reflections, we meet each other's thoughts and grow in our profession.

Through our development work, you will challenge your colleagues and allow yourself to be challenged and grow. Our working method is based on systematic joint analyses, and from them, ongoing development work focuses on high quality and joy.

Practical Requirements

• Have a preschool teacher's license
• Be familiar with the preschool's governing documents
• Be able to work with digital tools
• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language and express yourself well in speech and writing

Employment Form

The position is permanent with an initial probationary period of 6 months. Scope 75-100%. Start date by agreement. The position is located in Västerort, Vällingby, with proximity to the subway Johannelund or Hässelby Gård, or Vällingby.
