Project Manager with Experience in Production Facility Investments

We are currently seeking a project manager with experience in investments in production facilities and equipment for ship production, with a particular focus on plate production such as welding, cutting, plate forming, machining, and surface treatment.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating investment projects for expanding production capacity from start to finish. This means you will plan and monitor timelines and budgets, manage procurements, and ensure the implementation of new production capabilities and facilities. You will work closely with experienced production engineers and buyers who define needs, develop specifications, and drive the commissioning of equipment. The project team also includes controllers who support financial monitoring. Real estate-related investments are managed by our Property organization.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with experience in medium-sized investment projects, preferably within the manufacturing industry. If you have also worked with production technology issues, that is a plus. You are social, enjoy teamwork, and have the ability to build strong collaborations. As a person, you are self-driven, goal-oriented, and solution-focused with a strong technical interest. You work in a structured manner and have good organizational skills. Experience with business systems such as Aveva ERM and Hansa is an advantage.

This assignment requires you to undergo a security clearance that requires Swedish citizenship.
